<br />b. P-73-9 consisting of the improvement of Commerce <br />street from State Farm Boulevard west to the Trunk Highway <br />51 service road on the east side of Snelling Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director has submitted his preliminary <br />report with reference to the foregoing improvements advising the <br />council in a preliminary way that said improvements are feasible. <br />Said report is hereby approved and shall be placed on file in the <br />office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the Village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington Parkway, in said village on June 26, 1972, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on <br />Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9, under and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Village <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in <br />the official newspaper, The Roseville Sun, which publications <br />shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall not be <br />less than three days before the date of the hearing. Pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031 (l), notice shall also <br />be mailed to the owner of each parcel within the area proposed <br />to be assessed not less than ten days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />4.
