The general nature, estimated cost and areas proposed to <br />be assessed for Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9 are determined to <br />be as stated in the foregoing notice as fully as though the same <br />were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilm~n Brennan and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
