The general nature of the improvements as above described is all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering report now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The estimated cost of Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9 is $384,4l3.00. It is proposed to assess the benefited property described at a. and b. above for the cost of the improvements, based upon benefits received without regard to cash valuation. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objections will be considered at this meeting.
