<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: June 12, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Nonday, the 12th day of June, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel, and Anderson <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5852 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COI~IBING IMPROVENENTS <br />P-73-8 and P-73-9 Al~D PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID COM- <br />BINED IMPROVElvlEHTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasi- <br />bility of the following ~mprovements: <br /> <br />a. P-73-8 consisting of the improvement of that portion <br />of the Village of Roseville lying generally in the area of <br />Snelling Avenue and County Road B by the relocation of the <br />Trunk Highway 51 frontage roads on the west side of Snelling <br />Avenue immediately north and south of County Road B to <br />a point approximately 300 feet west of their present con- <br />nection with County Road B, by the installation of bituminous <br />surfacing, curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary <br />sewer and watermain facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />b. P-73-9 consisting of the improvement of Commerce <br />Street from State Farm Boulevard west to the Trunk Highway <br />51 service road on the east side of Snelling Avenue by the <br />
