<br />installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director has submitted his preliminary <br />report with reference to the foregoing improvements advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way that said improvements are feasible <br />and should best be made as a combined improvement. Said report <br />is hereby approved and shall be placed on file in the office of <br />the Village Manager. <br /> <br />3. The Village Council hereby finds, determines and declares <br />that the improvements described above shall, in accordance with <br />the report of the Public Works Director, be instituted and con- <br />ducted as a single combined improvement in accordance with Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />4. Said combined improvements are hereby designated <br />Combined Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9 <br /> <br />5. The Council shall meet at the village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington Parkway, in said village on July 31, 1972, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on Combined <br />Improvements P-73-8 and P-73-9, under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the village Manager is here- <br />by authorized and directed ~o cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, The Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall not be less than three <br />days before the date of the hearing. Pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429.031 (1), notice shall also be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel within the area proposed to be assessed not <br />less than ten days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />6.
