P-73-9 consisting of the improvement of Commerce <br />Street from State Farm Boulevard west to the Trunk Highway <br />51 service road on the east side of Snelling Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that property in the southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 29, Range <br />23: and all that property in the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 29, <br />Range 23. <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvements as above described <br />is all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering <br />report now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the Village Manager. The estimated cost of Combined Improvements <br />P-73-8 and P-73-9 is $384,413.00. <br /> <br />It is proposed to assess the benefited property described at <br />a. and b. above for the cost of the combined improvement, based <br />upon benefits received without regard to cash valuation. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting.
