<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON <br />COMBINED IMPROVEI~NTS P-73-8 and P-73-9 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEa that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, 11innesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington Parkway, in said village on the 31st day of July, 1972, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Improvements P-73-8 and <br />P-73-9 <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvement is as follows: <br /> <br />a. P-73-8 consisting of the improvement of that portion of <br />the Village of Roseville lying generally in the area of Snell- <br />ing Avenue and County Road B by the relocation of the Trunk <br />Highway 51 frontage roads on the west side of Snelling Avenue <br />immediately north and south of County Road B to a point ap- <br />proximately 300 feet west of their present connection with <br />County Road B. by the installation of bituminous surfacing, <br />curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and <br />watermain facilities and necessary appurtenances, legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, thence North <br />along the East section of said section 658 feet, more <br />or less, to a point, thence West parallel with the <br />South section line of said section 328.8 feet, more <br />or less, to a point, thence South 330 feet, more or <br />less, to a point, thence west parallel with said <br />South section line l30 feet, more or less1 thence <br />South 325 feet, more or les" to said South section <br />line1th~eEast along said section line 50 feet, <br />more or lessl thence South 400 feet, more or less, to <br />a point on the North property line of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Garley Addition, thence East along said North <br />property line to the ~ortheast corner of said Lot 1, <br />thence South along the East line of Lot 1 to the <br />Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Garley Addition. <br />Thence West along the South line of Block 2 to the <br />Southwest corner of said Block 2, thence South 300 <br />feet, more or lessl thence East 320 feet, more or lessl <br />thence South to the centerline of Skillman Avenue, <br />
