<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE,MINNESOTA, HELD ON THE <br /> <br />12th day of June, 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall on Monday, <br />June 12, 1972. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Anderson. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5854 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of <br />Criminal Apprehension, is submitting an application for <br />funding of a Metropolitan Communication Upgrading program; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE counties and municipalities using the metro <br />teletype circuits have requested the Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension to act as grantee for this program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Bureau of <br />Criminal Apprehension act as grantee for the Metropolitan <br />Communications Upgrading program, and administer the funds <br />inbehalf of the metro circuit users and for the 12 month <br />duration of the grant. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, <br />Department of Public Safety, is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute such an agreement as requested by the Governor's <br />Commission on Crime Prevention and Control to implement said <br />grant: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: <br />
