<br />- 2- <br /> <br />When Federal support is no longer available, we under- <br />stand and accept the total cost of this upgraded communications <br />system on a pro-rated basis, if we desire to stay on this system. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER resolved that we agree to pay not less than <br />25% of the system, such actual cost to be based on total <br />mileage pro-rated, premise charge, channel conditioning, and <br />hardware installed in our department: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER resolved that we will accept monthly billing <br />from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, as grantee, based on <br />the above formula as worked out by the terminal users <br />committee: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER resolved that we will make maximum use of the <br />available terminal equipment and computer programs. This shall <br />include responsibility for immediate entry, inquiry, and re- <br />moval of data which law enforcement computers are prepared to <br />accept and store.
