<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 12, 1972. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />June 12, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5856 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville intended to buy, and <br />Ban-Con, Inc., intended to sell, the lot located at the north- <br />east corner of Brooks and Lexington Avenue in the village of <br />Roseville for the purpose of insuring future Village access into <br />Central Park from Brooks Avenue, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sale of said property to the village was <br />consummated in 1971 by Deed from Ban-Con, Inc., to the Village <br />of Roseville, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Deed running to the Village of Roseville <br />described the property in a vague and amhiguous manner so as to <br />cause some confusion in the record title-for said property,and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a correct description more properly describing <br />said lot would avoid future problems infue conveyancing of sur- <br />rounding property;- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the mayor and village manager are instructed to <br />
