<br />execute a Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the village of Roseville <br />in favor of Ban-Con, Inc., containing the same legal description <br />by which said property was conveyed to the Village of Roseville <br />in 1971 as follows: <br /> <br />C.W. Michael Fourth Addition; subject to <br />Easements and except the E.170 feet Lot <br />C. <br /> <br />Be it further resolved that said Quit Claim Deed shall be <br />delivered to Ban-Con, Inc., by the Village attorneys at <br />such time as they are in receipt of a new Warranty Deed to <br />the Village Dr said property containing the following proper <br />legal description: <br /> <br />All of Lot C, except the East 170 feet thereof, <br />measured at right angles to the East line of <br />said Lot C, Block 7; C. W. Michael Fourth Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same.
