RESOLUTION NO. 586 <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Jule 30, 1962 <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br />regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, July 30, 1962, at <br />5:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Faayor rtcGee, Trustees t~ lana,r.=an, <br />Goodrich anc~ Reiriecke <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Kustermann <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as <br />follows: <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of <br />facilities needed for supplying and distributing water within a <br />substantial area of the Village, as described in the notice set <br />forth fie low, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />~~le in the office of the Clerk. The improvement proposed to be <br />de in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />Water Improvement No. 62-1. <br />2.
