be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less <br />than three days before the date of the hearing. <br />3, The notice shall be in substantially the following form; <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Alexander Ramsey High <br />School on the 22nd day of Au~,i.ist , 1962 at 5:00 oaclock P.M ., <br />Central Daylight Saving Time, to hold a public txearing pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on a proposed <br />~,iater Improvement No. 62-1 consisting of the construction of a <br />booster station, elevated storage tanks distribution and feeder <br />mains, lateral mains, hydrants, controls, service connections, <br />water metering devices, and other facilities for the supply and <br />distribution of water within the area described below, to be <br />obtained from a connection with the water system of the City of <br />St. Paul under a cooperative agreement to be entered into by <br />the Village Council and the City Council, and from other available <br />sources; all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engi- <br />neering report which is now on file and open to public inspection <br />in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $3,590,000.
