Barnum's Garden Lots, Northeasterly <br />of the following description: <br /> <br />Beginning at the East corner of Lot 12, then <br />Southwesterly on the Southeasterly line of said <br />Lot 267.5 feet; thence right 93048'325 feet; <br />thence right 88056'20 feet; thence left 89034'99.76 feet; <br />thence left 10016'111.92 feet; thence parallel with <br />extension of said 93048' line, to shore of lake, being <br />part of said Lot 12. <br /> <br />the centerline of ~ich lS described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the East corner of Lot 12 of A. K. <br />Barnum's Garden Lots; thence Southwesterly on the <br />Southeasterly line of said lot a distance of 267.5 <br />feet; thence right 93048' a distance of 355 feet; <br />thence right along a line bearing North 44046'22" East a <br />distance of 21.54 feet to the point of beginning of said <br />centerline; thence Northeasterly along said bearing North <br />44046'22" East a distance of 280 feet more or less to <br />the Northeasterly line of Lot 12, then there terminating, <br />as shown on attached map. Said 60 foot strip of land <br />is for a public road to be known as Heinel Drive. <br /> <br />2.
