<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said <br /> <br />Village on Thursday, the 10th day of August, 1972, at j:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brerman and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5867 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT SS-W-p-ST-7l-l2 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSI\ljENT <br />ON A PORTION OF THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement <br />SS-W-P-ST-7l-l2 of the Village of Roseville for that portion <br />of the improvement consis~ing of the installation of bituminous <br />street, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements and <br />necessary appurtenances in the area described in the legal <br />notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and contracts for <br />such work and other expenses incurred or to be incurred in <br />the making of that portion of said imporvement amount to <br />$ I 3,.;l. J 9tJI, ()~ , and of this cost 1:he village will pay $ - 0 - <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
