<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ l32,966.00 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance <br />of the Village Consulting Engineers, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed fbr such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as prOVided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />office for pUblic inspection. The Village Manager may arrange <br />for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County <br />of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Cur J f'.y <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: N <br />one <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopte~ <br />
