<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village <br /> <br />on Thllr~ ~y ,the <br /> <br />10th <br /> <br />day of August, 1972, at 8:30 <br /> <br />0'c10ck <br /> <br />E.. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATIi~G TO COMBINED nIPROVEMENT <br />OF 1972, SERIES 3 DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED Al~D ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE If.1PROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement of <br />1972, Series 3 of the Village of Roseville for that portion of the <br />improvement consisting of (a) construction of sanitary seW8r <br />and watermain and necessary appurtenances in the general area of <br />Aglen Street between County Road C-2 and Judith Avenue1 (b) <br />construction of sanitary sewer and waterrnain and necessary <br />appurtenances in the general area of County Road C-2 between <br />F.airview and Maple Lane and also on Wheeler Street between Maple <br />Lane and County Road C-2: (c) Construction of sanitary sewer <br />and watermain and necessary appurtenances in the general area <br />of Prior Court between Arthur Place and Wilder street south <br />
