of county Road Dr (d) construction of sanitary sewer and waterrnain and necessary appurtenances in the general area of the frontage road on the west side of Cleveland Avenue between county Road B and Trunk Highway 36: (e) construction of sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary appurtenances in the area of Oakcrest Lane east of Western Avenue between Brooks Avenue and County Road C. The foregoing are in the areas described in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and contracts for such work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of that portion of said improvement amount to $ 83,867.00 and of this cost the village will pay $ 10,229.90 as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: l. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 73,637.10 · 2. The Village ~mnager, together with the assistance of the Village Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as prOVided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The Village ~snager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the prepara- tion of the proposed assessment roll. 3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregOing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Curley , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
