<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at <br />the Vi 11 age Hall, 270 1 i'~orth Lexi ngton Avenue, Rosevi 11 e, t'1i nnesota, on t,1onday, <br />the Fourteenth day of August, 1972, at 7:30 o'c1ock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Olrley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resol ution No. 5871 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR CONNECTION <br />TO VILLAGE SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEMS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has constructed a twelve inch sanitary <br /> <br />sewer main and 8 inch watermain on the south side of South Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />between Sandy Hook Drive and Dale Street, and <br />WHEREAS, sewer and water services were not provided to all properties on the <br />north side of South Owasso Boulevard between Sandy Hook Drive and Dale Street due <br />to the uncertainty as to the development of said properties, and <br />WHEREAS, said properties have now been platted and determination can be made <br />for location and installation of the sanitary sewer and water services for said <br /> <br />platted lots, and <br />~mEREAS, the Vi 11 age has determi ned that it is in the best interests of the <br /> <br />Village and adjacent property owners to install said sanita~y sewer and water <br /> <br />services by the "jacking" method, rather than the Bopen-cue method, and <br />
