<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has authorized the construction of said <br />sanitary sewer and water services for the following described properties: <br /> <br />Swanson Shores <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 2 <br /> <br />Deziel Ziniel Addition <br />Lots 5, Block 2 <br /> <br />Schiavano Shores <br />Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2 <br /> <br />Unger l\dditi on <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1 <br /> <br />1mEREAS, these properties had not been previously assessed for sanitary <br /> <br />sewer and water services under the original Village improvements, and <br /> <br />\mEREAS, the Village Code of Roseville, Section 72.030 Property Assess- <br />ments, authori zes the Vi llage to collect an additi ana 1 connecti on fee for <br /> <br />permission to connect to the sanitary sewer, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Code of Roseville, Section 66.240 Property Assess- <br />ments, authorizes the Village to collect an additional connection fee for <br /> <br />permission to connect to the watermain system. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br />hereby establish the following connection charges to the Village's sanitary <br />sewer and watermain systems for the previously described parcels at the follow- <br /> <br />ing listed costs for each connection: <br />Sanitary Sewer Service $320.00 <br />Watermain Service $260.00 <br />
