<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Wi ski , Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of an <br />extract of minutes of a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota duly called <br />and held, as such minutes relate to the calling of a public hearing on the City's tax increment <br />financing district. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand and the seal of said City this 29th day of June, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
