<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August <br />8, 1994 at 7:30 p.m., at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, RosevilIe, Minnesota, relating to the <br />creation of a Hazardous Substance Subdistrict within Tax Increment Financing District No. 11 <br />and the adoption of an amended Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, within <br />Development District No.1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174 through 469.179, <br />inclusive, as amended. Copies of the proposed amended Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 11 as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for <br />public inspection at the office of the City Manager at City Hall. <br /> <br />The property proposed to be included in a Hazardous Substance Subdistrict within <br />Financing District No. 11 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />A map of Development District No.1, Tax Increment Financing District No. 11, and the <br />proposed Hazardous Substance Subdistrict is set forth below: <br /> <br />A map of Development District No.1, Tax Increment Financing District No. 11, and the <br />proposed Hazardous Substance Subdistrict is attached. <br /> <br />All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in <br />writing. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Steven Sarkozy, City Manager <br />
