<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 13 ' 1972 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at Har Mar Mall, County Road B at Snelling Avenue, <br />Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlUlcilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following individuals <br /> <br />Wallace Mailand <br />Mary Ellen Mailand <br />Robert W. Johnson <br />Helen D.
