NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that the Village acquire permanent and temporary easements across the property attached hereto as Exhibit "A", said Exhibit being a part of this Resolution. That said easements be acquired for the purpose of constructing and maintaining underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances, together with ingress and egress. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the powers of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conc1usion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Brennan , and upon a vote being taken, the following ~oted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
