<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient <br />that the Village acquire permanent and temporary easements across the <br />property attached hereto as Exhibit "A", said Exhibit being a part <br />of this Resolution. <br /> <br />That said easements be acquired for the purpose of constructing <br />and maintaining underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances, <br />together with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to <br />complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the powers <br />of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto, under the statutes of the State of Minnesota and that said attorney <br />is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary <br />to carry said proceedings to a conc1usion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan , and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following ~oted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />)ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />held on the 13th day of November, 1972, with the original on file in my <br />office, and the same is full, true and complete transcript thereof insofar <br />as the same relates to a resolution regarding the taking of certa~n land <br />by the power of eminent domain. <br />
