<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 8, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9093 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-SW-ST-90-07, ST-92-27, M-93-01, P-93-02-58, P-93-02-59, P-93-02-60, P-93-02-62, <br />P-93-02-66, P-93-03-60, P-93-04-62, P-93-06, ST-93-07, UL-93-09, P-SS-W-ST-UL-93-15 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREP ARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-SW-ST-90-07 <br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Cleveland Avenue trom Roselawn Avenue to <br />County Road B for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on <br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$433, 926.33, of this amount Roseville's contract price for such improvements is $127, 116.38, the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $52,782.39, so that <br />the total cost ofthe improvements to Roseville will be $179,898.77 and ofthis cost Roseville will pay <br />$161,362.07 as its share ofthe cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$19,519.20; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement ST-92-27 of the <br />City ofRoseville on all that property west of Rice Street, north ofWewers Road, and south of County <br />Road C by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on <br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$6,300.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br />$4,707.09, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $11,007.09, and of this cost the City will <br />pay $9,631.09 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$1,376.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement M-93-01 ofthe <br />City ofRoseville on all that property at 1158 Transit Avenue for the removal ofa diseased elm tree; and <br />
