<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice and the contract price for such
<br />improvements is $695.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
<br />improvements amounts to $104.25 so that the total cost ofthe improvements will be $799.25, and of this
<br />cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby
<br />declared to be $799.25, and a direct payment by the property owners to Roseville in the amount of
<br />$799.25 for 1158 Transit Avenue; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-02-58 ofthe
<br />City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Shryer Avenue, Pascal Street to HamIine Avenue; Pascal
<br />Street, Shryer Avenue to Skillman Avenue; Ryan Avenue, Snelling Avenue to HamIine Avenue; Asbury
<br />Street Roselawn Avenue to Skillman Avenue; Arona Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue;
<br />Simpson Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue for the reconstruction of the streets by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-93-02-59
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Huron Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn
<br />Avenue, and Dellwood Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn Avenue for the reconstruction of the streets
<br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-02-60 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Autumn Street, Femwood Street to Lexington
<br />Avenue; Summer Street, Femwood Street to Lexington Avenue; Ruggles Avenue, Femwood Street to
<br />Lexington Avenue; Roma Avenue, Dellwood Avenue to Dunlap Street; Dionne Street, Dunlap Street to
<br />Lindy Avenue; Dunlap Street, Dionne Street to Garden Avenue; Dellwood Avenue, Roma Avenue to
<br />Garden Street; Lindy Avenue, Dionne Street to Garden Street for the reconstruction of the streets by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-02-62 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Burke Avenue, Lexington Avenue to cul-de-sac, for
<br />the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-93-02-66
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Parker Avenue, Victoria Street to Avon Street, and
<br />Avon Street trom Parker Avenue to County Road B for the reconstruction of the streets by the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage,
<br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$1,382,345.13, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements
<br />amounts to $368,857.05, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $1,751,202.18, and of this
<br />cost the City will pay $1,232,457.77 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is
<br />hereby declared to be $518,744.41; and
