<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-03-60 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Garden Avenue, HamIine Avenue to Lexington
<br />Avenue, for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and
<br />gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$259,000.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts
<br />to $69,515.36 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $328,515.36, and of this cost the City
<br />will pay $299,247.76 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to
<br />be $29,267.60; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-04-62 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Parker Avenue, Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street
<br />for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$204,192.44, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts
<br />to $39,483.01 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $243,675.45, and of this cost the City
<br />will pay $219,617.05 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to
<br />be $24,058.40; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-06 of the
<br />City ofRoseville on all that property abutting HamIine Avenue trom County Road B-2 to County Road
<br />C for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer,. drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$359,586.42, of this amount Roseville's contract price for such improvements is $149,316.30, the other
<br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $70,006.15, so that
<br />the total cost of the improvements to Roseville will be $219,322.45 and of this cost Roseville will pay
<br />$99,794.42 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be
<br />$119,528.03; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. ST -93-07 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property in Neighborhood 58, area south of Belmont Avenue, north of
<br />Roselawn Avenue, east of Snelling Avenue, and west ofHamIine Avenue, by the installation of storm
<br />sewer and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$139,777.90, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts
<br />to $23,492.69 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $163,270.59, and of this cost the City
<br />will pay $122,453.05 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to
<br />be $40,817.54; and
