<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Vi 11 age Counei 1 <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />v.Jas duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />~1i nnesota, on t10nday, the Twenty-seventh day of November, 1972, at 7: 30 <br /> <br />ollclock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Anderson, <br />COllllcilmen Brennan, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />r~ember <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />Malyor Linebarger <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5901 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE IN 1971 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville acquired in 1971 for street and <br /> <br />drainage purposes, the following parcel of proper~y as hereinafter described, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of property had, at the time that it was <br /> <br />acquired by the Village, and assessment for local improvements which had been <br /> <br />spread against said parcel of proper~y, and <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville now desires to cancel said spread <br />of assessn~nt because of its ownership of said parcel of property, <br />
