<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That on the fo 11 owi ng descri bed real property, to-wi t: <br /> <br />Unplatted Lands <br /> <br />East 221 feet of South 1/7 of North 21/32 of West 2/3 <br />of Northwest Quarter (NL~) of Southeast Quarter (SE~) <br />of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23. Ramsey County, <br />r~i nnesota, and <br />wherein this parcel of land is known as Auditor's <br />description number 79-01500-030-88, and <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville took possession and title in <br /> <br />the year 1971 and on said property a balance of special <br /> <br />assessments remain unpaid. <br /> <br />2. The Village of Roseville requests that the Ramsey County <br /> <br />Auditor to abate all unpaid assessments, as well as the <br /> <br />1972 installment on the following: <br /> <br />a. Water Improvement 62-1 (Auditor No. 374) <br />b. 1965-1966 Storm Sewer Improvements (Auditor No. 567) <br /> <br />c. 1971 Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, <br /> <br />Series I (Auditor No. 1060) <br />
