Ol" THE <br />VILLAGE O~ ROSEVILLE, RAMSE~ COUN';'Y, MINNESOTA <br />HELD - DECID~ER 18; 1972 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th <br />day of December, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: l-iayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5911 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ELECTION ON <br />$1,300,000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />OF 1973 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Council has i~vestigated the facts and does hereby <br />find, determine and declare that it is necessary and <br />expedient to issue its negotiable coupon general obligation <br />capital improvement bonds in the amount of $1,300,000 <br />for the purpose of constructing a new village hall. <br /> <br />2. The proposition of authorizing the issuance of $1,300,000 <br />capital improvement bonds for said purpose shall be sub- <br />mitted to the qualified electors of the Village at a speci~l <br />election to be held on February 13, 1973. Said election <br />shall be held between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. <br />The precincts and polling places for said election shall <br />be the same,of t:hoee for the last" general election all <br />as more particularly set forth in the Notice of Election <br />hereinafter set forth. <br />
