<br />3. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of oaid election to be given by publication <br />of a notice once each week for two weeks in the official <br />newspaper, and by posting copies of said notice at least <br />ten days before said election at the polling places, <br />at three other public and conspicuous places within <br />the village and at the office of the Village Manager. <br />Said notices shall be in substantially the form here- <br />inafter set forth. <br /> <br />4. The Village Manager is also authorized and directed to <br />cause ballots or ballot labels to be prepared and placed <br />in the voting machines to be used at said election. <br />Said ballots or hallot labels shall be printed inblack <br />ihk on light green material in substantially the form <br />hereinafter set forth. <br />
