<br />OFFICIAL <br /> <br />SPECIAL ELECTION BALLOT <br /> <br />(VILLAGE MANAGER'S FACSIMILE SIGNATURE) <br /> <br />"Shall the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, issue its <br />negotiable coupon general obligation capital improvement bonds <br />in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,300,000 <br />to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of a <br />new village hall?" <br /> <br />The voting levers shall be so arranged as to provide the voters <br />with the opportunity of voting "Yes" or "No" on such proposition. <br />The Manager shall provide each polling place with at least two <br />sample ballots arranged in the form of a diagram showing such <br />part of the face of the voting machine as shall be in use at <br />said election. Such sample ballots shall contain suitable illus- <br />trated directions for voting on the voting machine, and shall <br />remain open to inspection by the voters throughout the said <br />election day. A sample ballot shall also be posted in the office <br />of the Village Manager at least four days before the election. <br />
