<br />5. The same persons who acted as judges at the last general <br />election in the Village are hereby appointed judges for <br />the special election provided for herein. After the polls <br />close, the judges shall forthwith lock the voting machines~ <br />read and announce the votes on the proposition submitted as <br />shown on the public counter. The judges shall thereafter <br />enter the results of the statements of canvass, sign the <br />certificates required by law, and deliver the statements of <br />canvass to the Village Manager. <br /> <br />6. Said election shall be held and conducted in accordance with <br />the statutes of the State of Minnesota applicable, and the <br />Council shall meet as required by law for the purpose of <br />canvassing said election and declaring the results thereof. <br /> <br />7. The Council shall meet as a canvassing board on February <br />, 1973, at ___. M. at the Village <br />Hall, to declare the results of the election appearing <br />from the returns and to take such further action as shall <br />then be deemed necessary and expedient. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
