<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Monday, January 8, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson, Brennan, Curley and <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5913 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville, by Resolution No. 5573, determined that an unsafe <br />and hazardous condition existed on real property owned by <br />Lena Hurias which is legally described as "Parcel C, Registered <br />Land Survey No. 234, Ramsey County, Minnesota" and ordered <br />the razing and removal of greenhouses and appurtenant buildings <br />and structures on said property in order to correct the danger <br />to public health and public safety; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville, by Resolution No. 5845, determined that an unsafe <br />and hazardous condition existed on property owned by John <br />M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter, legally described as "Lots 10 <br />and 11, Shady Beach Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota", and <br />ordered the razing and removal of all buildings on said property <br />in order to correct the danger to public health and safety; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Lena Hurias and John M. Yorga and Lyle <br />D. Carpenter failed to comply with said Order; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Honorable Otis H. Godfrey, Jr., Judge <br />of Ramsey County District Court, has signed an Order for Judg- <br />ment incorporating and calling for the enforcement of the <br />
