Orders of Village Council for the Village of Roseville as referred to above; and WHEREAS, said Lena Hurias, John M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter have continued in their non-compliance with said Orders and have failed to remove said greenhouse, buildings and appurtenant structures in order to correct the danger to public health and public safety, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 10 The Mayor, Manager and Village Attorneys are instructed to take necessary action for the razing and removal of the greenhouses, outbuildings, appurtenant structures and buildings located on the properties legally described above and respectively owned by Lena Hurias and John M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter. 2. The Village Manager, Mayor and Attorneys are instructed to keep an accurate account of all expenses in- curred in enforcing and carrying out the Order of the Honorable otis H. Godfrey, Jr., of Ramsey County District Court, and of all other expenses heretofore incurred in connection with the enforcement of the original Order by the village Council for the Village of Roseville. FURTHER, the Mayor, Village Manager and Attorneys are authorized to sell any salvage or valuable materials recovered as a result of the razing and removal of said buildings and sell the same at public auction upon three (3) days posted notice. After said razing and removal above referred to, and the sale of any salvage and the reporting of all expenses incurred to Ramsey County District Court, the Vilmge Manager is hereby instructed to provide for the payment of said costs of razing and removal by said Lena Hurias, John M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter by levying and collecting the same as a special assessment in the manner provided by Minnesota Statutes ~~429.06l to 429.081, and said assessments shall
