<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> <br />Village.Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 19th day of March, 1973, at 7:30 ~'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5928 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECIARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT ST-73-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville on Hand and Lovell Avenues between <br /> <br />Grandview and Minnesota and between Western and Auerback by <br /> <br />the construction of storm sewer facilities and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />December 30. <br /> <br />, 19 72, <br /> <br />hereby is declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
