<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to Banister, Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson & Associates, village consulting engineers for study <br />and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) 55 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the village Council of said <br />village held on the 19th day of March, 1973, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement <br />ST-73-17. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and <br />Village this Ol-b .~ dayan' <br /> <br /> <br />the corporate seal of <br />1973. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
