<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD APRIL 9, 1973. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville,Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the village Hall in said <br />Village on April 9,1973. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Cl1rley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~57 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville was granted an <br />easement on September 14, 1965, which was filed with the Ram- <br />sey County Register of Deeds on September 20, 1965, in Book <br />1987, Page 784, Document No. 1658031, for underground sewer <br />mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of <br />six to eighteen feet over and across a strip of land thirty <br />feet in width, the centerline of which was described as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />Commencing on a point of the West line of <br />the East 1075 feet of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, which <br />point is 1130.8 feet South (measured along <br />said West line) of the North line of said <br />Southeast Quarter: thence West and parallel <br />with the Northline of said Southeast quarter <br />a distance of 245 feet; thence South 310 <br />28' West a distance of 280 feet; thence <br />North 880 West to the East line of the right- <br />of-way of Fairview Avenue, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said easement included the right of ingress <br />and egress and the right to construct, maintain, operate and <br />repair underground sewer mains, and also included conditions <br />
