<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 5 , 1962 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of the Village <br /> <br />Hall in said village on <br /> <br />5th day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />r~ayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan, Kustermann and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />A discussion was had relating to Roseville citizens who <br /> <br />spoke at the public hearing for Water Improvement No. 62-2 on <br /> <br />Wednesday, August 29, 1962 at the Alexander Ramsey High School. <br /> <br />Member Kustermann <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 596 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 62-2 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that this Council has heretofore received <br />and approved a preliminary report as to the feasibility and <br />estimated cost of a Water improvement as described in the <br />notice of hearing contained in the resolution duly adopted on <br />
