July 23, 1962, entitled "Resolution Approving Engineers Pre- liminary Report and Providing for Public Hearing on Water Improvement No. 62-2, and has caused notice of the time and place of hearing on said improvement to be duly published and mailed to the owner of each parcel within the area proposed to be assessed, and at the time and place specified for such hearing has considered the views presented by all persons interested, with reference to the making of said improvement and the area to be assessed therefor, and being fully advised in the premises does hereby find and determine that said im- provement is necessary and feasible and does hereby order said improvement to be acquired and constructed as provided in said notice of hearing, and the cost thereof to be paid by special assessments and taxes in accordance with the pro- visions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429: and the area pro- posed to be assessed for said improvement shall include all lots, tracts and parcels of land within the assessable area as described in said notice of hearing: and that Banister Engineering Company are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the con- struction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 'iayor 1.lcGeo , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: !0ayor McGee, Trostees Flana.gan, Goodrich and Kusterunn and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
