NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and convenient that the property described below be acquired in fee simple title by the Village of Roseville for the Roseville Park, all of said property being situated in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 10, Fairview Heights Plat No.3, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of and for Ram sey County, Minne sota . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the estates to be acquired are fee simple absolute. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, to acquire the property hereinabove described under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said Village Attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion.
