<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: May 21, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 21st day of May, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Councilmen Anderson, Grauel and Brennan: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Linebarger <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5976 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS <br />SS-W-P-73-13 AND SS-W-P-73-14, <br />APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />ON SAID COMBINED IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village Council has heretofore directed the <br />Village Public Works director to prepare preliminary reports as <br />to the feasibility of the above improvements, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the preliminary reports were received, public <br />feasibility hearings were held on April 26, 1973 and construction <br />of the improvement was ordered on April 30, 1973, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to resolutions passed by the Village <br />Council on April 30, 1973, the Village Public Works Director <br />
