<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follow~ng members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5997 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO A PART OF COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, SERIES 3 DECLARING COST <br />TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for a part of Combined <br />Improvement of 1972, Series 3 of the Village of Roseville for that <br />portion of the improvement consisting of: <br /> <br />a. Installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances in the general area of <br />Aglen Street between County Road C-2 and Judit~ Avenue: <br /> <br />b. Installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances in the general area of <br />Burke Avenue from Lexington to approximately 300 feet east: <br /> <br />c. Installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances in the general area of OXford <br />Street between Woodhill Drive and County Road C: <br />
