d. Installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete cux'b and gutter with drainage and necessary appurtenances in the general area of Prior Circle between Arthur Place and Wilder Street: e. Installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances in the area generally east of Western Avenue between Brooks Avenue and County Road C: and WHEREAS, contracts for such work and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of that portion of said improve- ment amount to $ 102,327.00 and of this cost the village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 102,327.00 2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the Village Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of Rumsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. 3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such pro- posed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefo~~. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Brennan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
