<br />RESOLUTION NO. 600 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 5th day of September, 1962, <br /> <br />at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: f'layor [,'lcGee, <br />Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />A discussion was held regarding proposed assessments for <br /> <br />Pascal Avenue Storm Drainage Project. Member <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 600 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESS~ffiNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for the Pascal Avenue Storm <br /> <br />Drainage Improvement of the Village of Roseville, in the area described <br /> <br />in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br /> <br />prices and all expenses incurred, or to be incurred in the making of said <br /> <br />improvement will be $111,184.11; and of this cost the Village will pay <br /> <br />$43,131.01 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br />
