<br />1. The cost of said such improvement to be specially assessed <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be approximately $68,053.00 which, together with the <br /> <br />$43,131.01 to be paid from existing Village funds, will be sufficient to pay <br /> <br />the full cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer <br /> <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for <br /> <br />such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br /> <br />within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided <br /> <br />by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office <br /> <br />for public inspection. TIle services of the ~1achine Accounting Division of <br /> <br />the County of Ramsey shall be utilized, insofar as possible. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed <br /> <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof, and the Clerk and the Engineer are <br /> <br />hereby directed to have the tentative assessment roll prepared and returned <br /> <br />to the Council by September 10, 1962, for their further action in calling <br /> <br />a public hearing thereon. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Kustermann <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Trustees Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann <br /> <br />l'.layor McGee, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
