<br />NOTicE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS <br />PAScAL AVENUE ST01'\M SF.;1.i7ER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />l~SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers of the <br />Village Hall in said village on October 1. <br />1962 at 8:00 o'\clock L. M. to hear, consider and pass upon <br />any and all written or oral objections which may be offered <br />with respect to the proposed special assessments for Pascal <br />Avenue Storm Sewer Improvement. The proposed assessment roll <br />is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons <br />interested, in the office of the village clerk. The entire <br />amount assessed against each parcel of land will be payable, <br />unless prepaid, in ten (10) equal consecutive annual installments, <br />the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes <br />for the year 1962, collectible with such taxes during the year <br />1963. The first installment will be payable with interest at <br />the rate of five percent (5%) per annum on the entire assessment <br />from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31, <br />1963, and each subsequent installment will be payable with one <br />year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installments, except <br />that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment as to <br />any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within thirty <br />(30) days from the date of adoption of the assessment roll. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The general nature of Pascal Avenue storm Sewer Improvement <br />is the construction of a storm sewer on Pascal Avenue between the <br />intersections of Skillman Avenue and State Trunk Highway No. 36. <br /> <br />The area proBosed to be assessed in respect to said improve- <br />ment includes those ~ots and tracts of land in the Village of <br />Roseville within the following described boundary: <br /> <br />Beginning at the center of the intersection of Ryan <br />Avenue and Pascal Avenue, thence northerly along the <br />centerline of Pascal Avenue approximately 1,980 <br />feet to its intersection with the centerline of <br />County Road "B": thence easterly along the centerline <br />of County Road "B" 628.5 feet to its intersection with <br />the centerline of Albert Street~ thence northerly <br />along the centerline of Albert Street 239 feet~ thence <br />westerly and parallel with the centerline of County <br />Road "B" approximately 310 feet to the northeast corner <br />of Lot 2, Block 2, Zimmerman Office Park; thence north- <br />
