<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF 'TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />AUGUST 6, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village CmDlcil of the Village of Ros evi 1 Ie , <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br /> <br />Monday, the 6th day of August, 1973, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley. <br /> <br />and the following absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6010 <br />RESOLUfION AWARDING BID !DR IMPROVEMENTS <br />SS-W-P-73-2l, P-73-19 AND P-73-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Manager of said Village, said bids were <br />received on July 20,1973 at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated accord- <br />ing to law and the following bids were received complying with the <br /> <br />advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />C.
