<br />-2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS IT appears that C. S. McCrossan, Inc. of <br />Osseo, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br /> <br />price of $175,681.50. <br />NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for $175,68l.50 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for the above improverents <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved <br /> <br />by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village <br /> <br />Manager. <br /> <br />2.
