<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 6, 1973 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on August 6 , 1973. <br /> <br />The following members were <br /> <br />present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson, Brennan and <br />Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel in troduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6013 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a lawsuit has been commenced in United <br />States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois <br />on behalf of State of Minnesota and all local government <br />entities within the State alleging a conspiratorial elimination <br />of the price discount on sales of motor vehicles to <br />government entities by General Motors, Ford and Chrysler~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said lawsuit seeks treble damages as a <br />result of said alleged conspiratorial elimination of the <br />price discount~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the village of Roseville has, during <br />the period of July 1, 1968, through December 31, 1972, <br />
